This bathroom had a mold and mildew problem because it didn’t have a vent fan. We installed one in the wall because there was no space or access in the attic. Treated the mold and added a fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceiling. Problem solved.

Because the attic above was barely insulated. No insulation at all over a couple square feet.

2 bales of blown in insulation later it’s insulated to R38 which is code around here.
