Just Completed! Complete refinish of a 19 year old Brazilian Cherry floor, gone is the deep red tone, back to medium brown & tan !(for now)!

Just finished....1200 sf Character grade American Walnut. Unfinished engineered, installed direct glue down Sika T21, sanded and finished natural with Loba easy Primer and Loba Supra 2k.

Beautiful new floor we finished recently in a Pt. Loma home above Shelter Island. We added 800 sq. ft. of 4” solid Burmese teak to the existing floor, fabricated 2 custom “open” staircases and sanded and finished the entire home! Teak is a very unique specie that compliments modern / contemporary design beautIfully...

In process....Beautiful Character grade American Walnut, Nate’s applying seal coat. This one was refinished start to finish with the new Pallmann Spider a 220v 3 disc planetary drive machine....really does a nice job!

Another fun floor....1930's Pt. Loma Craftsman home. We refinished original 1/2" x 1 1/2" white oak flooring in the living room and kitchen. Our first trial using the Pallmann Spider, the next generation of planetary orbital floor sanders - super efficient, flattens the floor perfectly while removing minimal wear layer....we are believers !

Pretty Cool, we refinished this 1953 red/white oak unit block floor in a College Grove area home. It was very grimey (black) but cleaned up nice. Don’t think there will be many luxury vinyl plank floors installed today around in 66 years !!
