While we just remodeled the master bathroom two weeks ago, last week we did a quick shower replacement down stairs. Walls, studs and plate were rotted out from water intrusion. All replaced. New insulation and drywall under the window. Fresh coat of paint and base trim. New 12 x 4 subway tile, New shower diverter and drain. MHIC 31566 Quantity workmanship since 1987.
