Huge maple tree in Buena vista right on the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail that goes to Cumberland and then even all the way to DC. Everything stayed on this huge silver maple. Had to piece some sections down but it was nice being able to let a few big sections ride!

From the April 31 70 mph winds that hit the south hills. Getting a pine tree off a house on Bausman st in Knoxville up from the Red White And Blue store on 51. Notice how the trunk come back off the house as more and more weight is taken off.

Huge trunk. Oak in Bethel Park was stuck by lightning a few years ago. Had a wound in the trunk and looked like rot was taking its toll. Ended up not being as bad as home owner thought.

Nice big oak tree on picture Drive in Pleasant;Hills. The homeowner is getting solar panels on his roof and the tree blocks most of the sun. His electric bill will be a lot cheaper and that’s good because his air-conditioning will be running a lot more in the summer from all the sun directly hitting his house. Catch 22!

Another quick job at Mowrey Park. Actually that’s about 3 hours real time. 80% of those cuts were roped down. That walking deck was right below it. Big dead oak tree. Thanks to the guys at the street/maintenance dept for the extra help on the ground.

Sucks raking the brush out of the snow, gotta put bread on the table though. Today was the first day the temps hit 32° since the year began except for yesterday on Sunday, I think it might’ve hit 32.
