This one was a triple whammy that caused this unfortunate situation. The toilet was loose, wax ring had failed and flapper was leaking. If your toilets starts wiggling or you hear water running when not using the toilet. CALL YOUR LOCAL PLUMBER! Usually these situations can be resolved quickly with minimal damage. Unfortunately this one just had every possible combination for disaster
