Gigantic red oak on the chopping block today... and not only that.. today must have been tree call day. We recieved 10 calls before lunch time. 👍

When you look back at how it all got started in 1995. A 1975 chevy flat bed truck with a homemade box built on the back and what we called a "chuck-n-duck" woodchipper that sounded like a jet turbine while it was running.
Now 31 years later, I can't say I'd do it all over again, but it has been a stressful ride for sure.

We have worked on this tree for years and this was a sore sight to see. A very old elm tree with a canopy over 60ft wide had a major stem failure during all the rain we've had for the last week.

Went yesterday to purchase this truck which will be turned into a grapple saw truck in order to serve our customers better. Not only will the knuckle boom truck grab the tree, it will also cut it at the same time and lower it to the ground in sections. This has been a long time coming, but we are excited to get into service!
