BIG repair! Sometimes you don’t know what you will run into but our installers knocked it out of the park! Brick bay wall was not on the best of foundation so extra bracing was framed so no more worry about collapsing bay sill. On site bay build.

Door failure caused water damage over some years. Cut out the rot. Add some more wood. Foam it. Place new wood pan. Seal again with silicone. Press on an aluminum sill plate so it can’t ever happen again. Install new door.
