Ripped out the old rotten plywood and went back up with a fresh layer of water barrier covered with some James hardy siding trimmed with stucco look insides then painted to Mach home! Stuff is supposed to last 50 years are better! May be the last time you ever have to change out your siding depending on your age it’s worth the money! Another one down and another happy custome pleased to be able to enjoy her back yard with her family on the Fourth of July! This lady asked me a day are so ago if there was any way we could have her back yard fenced in before the 4th so her grand baby’s could enjoy there new trampoline in her back yard and they could have there family gathering there for the 4th the lady is from Lafayette her kids were coming from Texas! I said mam that’s a short notice but I think I may be able to take care of you! Thanks to Cody Wene and Chasidy citizen chase Hendrickson and Kyle Hendrickson for all y’all’s time on this holiday weekend snd as well as the dedication y’all give me and most of all the hard work!!!! We knocked it out the park for her!!! Just another pleased customer that we are coming through for on this 20’x30’ lean to/carport with a bonus 12’x16’ one car oning attached to the side! Fully attached to the home and the slab and also post buried next to the fence post! Built with 4x6 post all saddled with 2x8 beams, with 2x6 joist, joist are supported by a beam every 8ft. 2x10 plate used to attach the lean to too the house all framed together with 6 & 8“ lag screws! The rest is all screwed together also with 3” outdoor screws made to withstand the eliminates! All wood is treated as well! It is going to take one heck of a storm to blow this thjng away that’s for sure! Layed the sheathing today along with the drip edge and synthetic water barrier! Going on with the shingles tom and then we shall finish dressing her up and that’s a wrap for this one! We built a custom Floating Bed for my little Neice! It come out pretty awesome I must say! All 2x6’s with a red oak top! held together with 6” & 10” lags for all the internals and pocket hole screws for all the exterior. Added a smart light system that she can control from her phone! Completely sanded throughout and sealed then cleared to keep the natural wood look!
