Approved! The second phase of our West Side Avenue redevelopment was unanimously approved at last night’s Jersey City Planning Board hearing. The full block development will bring 130 units, four commercial spaces and a free public parking garage to the neighborhood.

Approved! Last month we received zoning board approval for our latest adaptive reuse project at 445 Jersey Avenue. The former church and vestry building will be converted to ten apartments. The rear wall of the church will be removed and replaced with a glass curtain wall highlighting the historic form of the building while bringing material light deep into the building.

Concept rendering for a new multi-family building in Bloomfield, NJ. The property is zoned for one and two family homes and we designed the building to look like a series of townhouses to fit into the existing streetscape. Street facing units having private entrances, stoops and front yards with the main lobby, parking and amenity spaces oriented towards the rear of the building.

Approved! The second half of our Bright street development project at was approved at this week’s Planning Board meeting. 88 Bright street will be renovated and expanded with a rear yard and rooftop addition. The building will contain four large townhouse apartments. Earlier this year we obtained approvals to develop a similar project on the vacant lot next door at 90 Bright street.

Approved! This week we received unanimous approval from the Jersey City planning board for our proposed six unit multi family building at 215 Van Vorst street. The building sits on the boundary of the Paulus hook historic district and helps transition from the taller high rises to the south and the historic row houses to the north. Big thanks to the Paulus Hook neighborhood association for their support of the project.

This week we received JC Planning Board approval for a new 200 unit development at 301 West Side Avenue. The project is an adaptive reuse and addition to a two-story historic industrial building. The existing structure will anchor the new development with the addition extending across the remainder of the 1+ acre site.
