Chhunju has been offering fine Provincial antiques and custom designed furniture and decorative accessories to both the Interior Design Trade and private clients since 1992. We maintain a wide range of furniture styles with emphasis on Country French, English and American influences. What Chhunju offers is the opportunity to transplant some of le style provencal here, now. As much or as little as you desire. Founder and owner Chhunju Andrugsurba, began his design career in 1987 while he worked as an antique furniture restorer for Pierre Moulin and Pierre Le Vec who founded Pierre Deux, premier importer of French antiques and textiles. In 1992 after completing a Certificate Program in Interior Design at Parsons School of Design in New York, he opened his first antique store in Manhattan’s upper west side followed by two other locations. Currently he continues to design and build custom furniture and restore fine antiques for his ever growing list of clients from his home/showroom/workshop in Jersey City, New Jersey.
