The restaurant being situated on a corner lot opens itself up to be noticed. We used this to our advantage and introduced an angled layout design for the counter, as well as the ceiling, allowing for an open view of the service area. We partnered with our client to provide design services, manage city approvals and oversee the construction phase on their behalf, in order to make this a smoother process.

Our main strategy in this project was to grasp the interest of pedestrians as they approach the building. Given nothing but a raw space, our goal was to develop a design that introduced simplicity, beauty and functionality for the family it serves.
