One of our favorite clients had us paint their rental unit porch last year but they replaced a few boards - they asked us to leave some paint so they could paint those to match this spring - Its now Spring -So we asked them to drop off the paint and we made it all match free of charge - we also touched up a few scuff marks the new renters made moving in-

Pictured are various job sites - inexperienced pressure washer made holes in concrete - expensive crew overcharged homeowner and left overbrushing paint. Improper sealing trapped water inside rotting wood... Remember if you have a deck it needs yearly maintenance. Often re-staining every year or two years.. Solid stains typically last longer than other stains.

If you choose staining it may need to be re-stained every 1, 2, or 3 years... Solid stains typically last longer than the others. Painting decks may last 3 years. When the deck no longer repels water or has signs of thinning or peeling it's time to reapply. Waiting can cause irreparable damage.

Semi transparent or semi solid may need Re-staining every year, or every other year. People pay over $200 to detail their cars but let their decks rot away- We extend discounts for re-staining decks we've previously stained.
