I grew up cutting in edges with a brush and my hand. Today there are so many amazing techniques that can be utilized for painting. My current favorite is using a white or clear paintable caulk, masking the trim with frogtape and then painting with the topcoats. It is 99% flawless and ensures razor-sharp edges.
