What was once a cramped, outdated layout was reimagined into a refined, highly organized primary bath. Featuring heated floors, custom vanities, a dramatic backlit feature tub wall, and a thoughtfully designed closet to suit our clients’ lifestyle.

Lighting, layered with purpose.

Designed within a 20-foot vaulted ceiling, this lighting plan combines sculptural fixtures, architectural uplighting, and subtle floor illumination to bring warmth and balance to an expansive space – resulting in a room that feels both dramatic and inviting.

With tailored cabinetry in a soft blue finish, a vintage utility sink that anchors the room, and layered details that balance charm with practicality, this laundry room was designed to feel as welcoming as it is hardworking.

Honored to see it recognized as a finalist project for the upcoming 2026 DSM Design Awards in the Utility Zone category.
