Today we held orientation in this Ankeny home. For this repeat client we reimagined the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms to catch up with the beauty of the rest of the home.
One bedroom became a beautiful sitting room complete with built ins and a carefully selected floral wallpaper.
The exterior windows were ready to be replaced so we encompassed that into this remodel as well as adding a portico and new entry door.

Our clients vision for a spacious zero entry shower with a soaking tub was brought to life complete with a beautifully curved tile floor detail that adds to the overall beauty of the primary bath.
We love how functionality and design collide with the custom trim wall, it is cleverly concealing a closet door that provides access to the laundry room.
