We reconfigured an old bar space in this Ankeny basement to make it more functional for our clients entertaining needs. Strategically placed beverage refrigerators...one near the backyard entry for easy access to the kids drinks and a separate wine cooler and beer fridge for adult beverages enhance the functionality of the space.
Additionally, we relocated a storage room door to a hidden area creating more usable living room space and check out the adorable alcove for the kids to hang out in.
