Sometimes they get to go fishing! But not 🎣🐟! Occasionally a customer tries to pull their own pump out of the well and if it's not done correctly the pipe can break and the pump falls back down in the well.
Matt and Brody, using a special tool to 'fish' out a pump in this situation. Best to have the professionals handle the job! 💧
