As most of you may know, but for the ones that don't, over the weekend I lost my home and all of my belongings in a house fire. All of my crafting supplies including my laser machine, computer, heat press, cricut machine are now a big pile of ashes. My daughter and I will be displaced for at least a year. Which unfortunately for me, means that my craft business will be out of commission for quite some time. This hurts my heart just saying it. If you know me, you know crafting is my passion. Not being able to sit in my craft room and make beautiful creations is going to kill my soul. I will most definitely not be able to do the Carl Sandburg Craft Fair in November. I do not have many Christmas items from last year to be able to fill the shelves. There is a slim possibility that I will be able to still do the Plainfield Central Fall Craft Fair in October. I have alot of Fall items left from last year, and a ton of spring items left over from the craft fair I just did at Tinley Park HS. All of those items and my display shelves and tables fortunately are stored in my detached garage. Time will tell if I will still do it and I will keep you posted. For now I will be busy trying to rebuild our lives. Please keep me and my family in your prayers as we navigate through this difficult time. Love you all!
