Customer called saying roofers poked a hole in the suction line of the a/c unit. Actually found 2 holes and repaired them. I seen the evaporator coil show R22 with no indication of R410A (which is common refrigerant now)
Customer had "home warranty" replace condenser for going bad. They left the old R22 part with the new R410A refrigerant. WILL NOT WORLK!!! Warranty technicians don't always do the right thing.
Getting the proper parts to repair this properly.
