Arkansas Flooring Contractors has a position open as a Project Coordinator. We are looking for candidates with management experience and strong communication skills. Construction and/or flooring experience is preferred. This position will handle scheduling, planning, hiring/recruiting installers, quality control, oversee all field operations, and serve as the primary point of contact related to all installations. Must be well organized, valid DL, able to read and decipher construction plans, and have proficient computer skills to operate company essential software. Benefit package included.

This position requires prior experience in in installing Carpet, Sheet Vinyl, Vinyl Plank/Tile, Ceramic Tile, Hardwood, Laminate, Resinous/Epoxy, and/or Polished Concrete. This is a full time hourly position at 40 hrs/ wk. Some overtime and weekends may be required. Reliable transportation and a drivers license is required.
