Finished Wall!!

Little behind on this posts… but here’s the drywall, paint & trim all finished up on this new storage room wall. We partitioned off part of the room over the garage to act as a sort of open closet area. Fully integrated into the existing wall and ceiling structure.

Fireplace Transformation!!!

This fireplace got an epic makeover! Ripped down to the brick and studs, we built a full accent wall, with floating mantel. All wires are recessed in a hidden console box. Tv is on a powered mount that can raise or lower as the customer desires!

Staircase Rebuild!!

The old stairs were sagging, springy with little to no proper support and steps were starting to break of the edges. We completely ripped out the existing and started from scratch with proper footers, taping all the tops, and brackets at the attachment points. These things aren’t going anywhere!!

Basement Sink!!

Installed this vanity to existing plumbing lines that customer had roughed-in years ago. Flooring was very inconsistent with humps and tons of inconsistencies. Had to customize the bottom to sit stable and level with so much variety to the floor. Conveniently placed beside the washer and dryer for a working hub in the basement. Super glad we could help this long time dream become a reality!

Large Deck Repair!!

This 40’ deck got a brand new floor all the way across. As well as some railing repairs and all new stair treads. The frame was healthy, but we added full joist tape underneath the entire floor and the handrail seams to help it last even longer!
