Good Evening,
This post is about our upcoming 2025 season, as well as the future of our company. Due to an array of reasons, including annual growth, restructuring of our business model, scheduling and employment; many changes will be taking place over the course of the next few months.
1. We will now be offering a 15% discount to all military personnel (both active duty and veterans), health care workers (CNA, Nurses, and Doctors), and all first responders (including active members of Search and Rescue). For landscape projects, the discount will be applied to the total of the project. For recurring services, such as mowing, bed w**d control, leaf clean-up, etc., the discount will be applied to the total yearly cost.
2. As of this year we will no longer be offering a biweekly mowing service. If you are currently a biweekly customer, please contact us by February 15th so we can work out an agreement for this season.
3. All mowing customers will be required to sign an annual contract. Contracts will either be mailed or emailed to each customer by February 15th and the signed copy will need to be returned by March 15th.
All new mowing customers will be required to sign a 12 month contract. Whether it be a "mow only" contract or one of our custom maintenance packages. Although to some, this may seem excessive, it greatly benefits both you as a customer as well as us.
I would greatly encourage all of our current customers who are not on our 12 month program, or do not already have a custom maintenance package to please contact us so we can get you set up. I will be happy to explain how this works, or answer any questions you may have if you contact me directly.
