It's already that time. again!

With the warm weather and active birds beginning to nest we're seeing an uptick in the calls due to active birds in the chimney. Although we aren't a pest control service, we can apply a screen on your chimney/cap to aid in the prevention of birds entering the flue and possibly into your home. May as well couple that with your end of season chimney sweep while we're there!

TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

Considering a high efficiency wood/pellet stove, fireplace or insert in the coming year? Purchase and install by the end of the 2025 to receive the available tax credit before it ends!

The remarkably vast Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit provides up to $2,000 toward qualified BIOMASS STOVES.

This is going away on December 31. All items must be “placed in service” by then to qualify, though a reminder: Tax credits lower your tax liability but don’t come back as rebates. You must have a tax bill to benefit, which may not be the case for certain low-income households.
