How about this transformation of master bathroom? Completely changed layout and created a wall/doorway to toilet/water closet while on other side a nice big shower. The doorway is ready for a door. My clients decided they wanted to leave it open but easily can become more private is ever sold. Nice big vanity with leather finished granite, thanks to my boys at J&N Granite . My clients had to redo their deck and pool due to a storm and while we were in beginning phases, we designed this trex deck with a covered roof area. Ran wiring for an outdoor tv so they could enjoy games while getting some sun. Thank you again Alicia and Brian Norton for your trust! It was a joy working with you. Always feel blessed with great clients who also become friends.

On a budget but need to give L.R. a facelift? Here is an idea. Look at impact a new solid wood mantle and shiplap makes. Off white color sets off the brown brick and walls. Also, moving TV wiring to wall makes the room more functional.

Good morning my friends and loyal followers. Just as an FYI, in case you didnt already know, PT Design does accept credit cards as a payment method. Of course there is that 3% fee we all get charged. But, we dont live with cash just laying around. Soo, if you have a project on hold due to funds, this is an option. Have a great weekend!

Hello my friends....sometimes a master bathroom overhaul is not in the budget or may not be what is needs. This is a perfect example. Clients needed to remodel the shower while the rest of bathroom was fine. So we did exactly that. Gave it new life and didnt have to remove rest of the bathroom vanity, tile, etc that was in good shape. Thank you to the Malins for trusting PT Design!!
