If your attic has less than R-49 insulation, you’re losing money every single day.
Most older homes only have 4–6 inches up there — roughly R-13 to R-19 — nowhere near what today’s homes need.

This week we upgraded an attic using Owens Corning AttiCat® blown-in PINK insulation, bringing the depth to 24–30+ inches (R-60+). 💨💗

✨ From Outdated to Outstanding ✨

We just wrapped up this full master bath remodel — gutted down to the studs and rebuilt with a brand-new layout.

✔️ New plumbing, electrical, and drywall
✔️ Sleek marble tile shower with custom niche
✔️ Fresh tile flooring throughout
✔️ New vanity and storage
✔️ Built-in linen closet

The old oversized whirlpool bath tub was taking up space and never used — so we reimagined the entire layout to make the bathroom brighter, more functional, and timeless.

This one was especially meaningful since the homeowners are one of my old high school teachers. Always a pleasure turning outdated spaces into dream bathrooms.

And we’re not done yet — stay tuned for their second bathroom remodel just down the hall!
