Main Responsibilities:Answer and manage emails, customer service, filing, photocopying, scan, and other common office duties, prepare documents, Filling out permit applications, checking review status, problem-solving issues and setting up inspections. Help with all phases of permit process with the city, county, and stateOrganize and collect data for projects.

Skills:Able to multitask2 years of office experience preferredPermitting and construction experience a plus Computer skills in Microsoft Word and ExcelMust be reliable, have a positive attitudeMust be a good communicator and work well with a team.
