Often times I hear people say " it only took them 1 hour , why is cost high.." an appraiser sometimes only spends 10 mins inside a home..Your paying for their experience . Paying for their knowledge . In the case of cutting down a large pine tree , your paying for the danger involved. Seeing guy this high in a tree gives you butterflies and he was cool , calm and knew exactly what he was doing like a surgeon! Well done
