Just finished a complete home remodel. This house was over 100 years old with mold, termite and rodent damage. The framing and drywall had to be replaced in several rooms, including the entire backside of the home. We also added an additional bedroom which helped in supporting the roof. The bathroom had to be gutted due to mold and structural damage. All of the plumbing in the home was replaced, replacing copper with PEX and new ABS. The old k**b and tube wiring replaced with modern NM cable. Installed new kitchen cabinets, windows and doors throughout. All of the flooring was removed and replaced with tile or carpet (carpet not done by us). I have more pics to come of the final look. This house came out looking great and is now ready to sell.
