As the owner of K.A.W. Architects I have more than 30 years experience in design and construction. I personally work with you and don’t hand your project off to a third person to design. Experience :
During the past 33 years, my experience has given an expert knowledge of architecture and construction. Having been involved with thousands of buildings in all aspects of the building processes I have the experience you need. Having worked on hundreds homes, housing units including apartments, condominiums, townhomes, production housing, and fine custom homes, tenant improvements, numerous office buildings, lots of restaurants, motels, and hotels. This experience includes supervision of design and construction, site selection, payment approvals, quality control, client contact and public hearings. From 1987 to the present, I have operated an architectural / construction office, I enjoy and take pride in my work. Licensed :
Licensed to practice Architecture in the states of :
Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Florida Nevada and Texas. Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Licensed in the state of Arizona as a general contractor large commercial ROC 0228927 and general contractor residential ROC 0152969. Public Experience
Was a member of the City of Imperial Beach Architectural Review Commission and on the Planing Commission. Education :
