This property has a view worth protecting.

We just wrapped up a full exterior restoration of the deck system, walkways, stairs, railings, and fencing using a solid color stain finish on this beautiful lakefront home.

Over time, sun, moisture, and Michigan weather take their toll on exterior wood surfaces. The goal wasn't to change the property. It was to restore it, protect it, and bring everything back together with a clean, consistent finish that fits the home and the lakefront setting.

The result is a refreshed outdoor space that's ready for another season of enjoying the water.

Currently scheduling exterior staining and painting projects throughout Richland, Gull Lake, Kalamazoo, and surrounding communities.

Some projects are built in layers.

Kitchen walls painted.
Living room walls painted Fence fully cleaned, prepped, revived, and ready for stain.

This lake property had good bones already. It just needed the surfaces brought back to life the right way.

A lot of exterior wood gets written off too early because people never see what proper prep actually does before stain goes on. Clean wood. Open grain. Even absorption. Longer life.

Inside, opening up the walls and freshening the finishes completely changes how the natural light moves through the home.

Quiet progress. Solid work. One section at a time.

Another interior project wrapped up.
Walls, trim, and doors finished throughout the home. Clean color transitions, and a full refresh from room to room.
French doors, bedrooms, kitchen, bath, and living areas all completed and ready for the next chapter of the home.

Another section finished up on this full interior repaint.

Bathrooms, laundry room, and multiple closet spaces are now complete. The lighter blue completely changed the feel of these rooms. Clean, calm, and consistent from space to space.

Still finishing up the remaining closets, master bathroom, and reinstalling doors and hardware before final completion.

A lot of people underestimate how much detail goes into projects like this. Keeping lines sharp, coverage even, and everything clean while moving through an occupied home matters.
