While working on clients bathroom renovation we get a phone call that the basement is flooded with dirt coming through the egress window. We shift off the bathroom and deal with the egress windows so we can stay on track with our timeline for installing carpets in their basement and kids bedrooms. Clients doors were failing, drafty and not withstanding the western winds. New Anderson French doors with side sashes and new front door. All finished with custom craftsman style trim. Exterior was capped with Azek vinyl trim to protect and prolong the life of the doors while being low maintenance for the homeowner.
