Klamer Greenhouses – Job Opportunity

We are looking for people to work this spring/summer in our greenhouses!
Responsibilities
• You will be performing tasks ranging from planting on an assembly line, loading carts for shipping, some lifting/bending and daily clean up.
Benefits
• Pay rate: $14.25 per hour (Up to 40 hours)...After 40 hours each week the pay rate is time and a quarter (14.25*1.25) = $17.81/ hour of OVERTIME pay.
• Bonus Pay: We also offer end of season bonuses. Bonus pay. $.50 per hour worked (for employees that stay through the spring season – from start date to the beginning of June)
PAY RATE + BONUS = $14.75 per hour
• Flexible schedule
• Referral Bonus - $100 for recommendation that leads to a new hired employee (new referral must work 1 week, minimum)
• Full-time positions: M-F 8-4:30 with more hours during shipping, and most Saturdays.
