Raised shower/toilet floor keeps all the plumbing inside and away from freezing rather then the traditional through the floor and exposed. On this Tiny Home project this out of the box thinking will save the future owner about $15,000 in addition costs to raise the home up, requiring more concrete work, building insulated skirting, and building steps.
