Phaze three: (came to a close last Friday.) 1000 sf of engineered hardwood, nailed, glue assisted, solid. 💯 I am so glad this one is in the books! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 16 steps and a landing. To cap it all off we removed and replaced the banister, spindles, posts, and railing along with removing, recutting the trim below the banister, Nathaniel's flooring cut, sanded, primed, and painted all of those pieces and reset the banister 💪🏽 while I knocked the stairs out! 💪🏽
