$20/hr. Looking to train the right person to learn all aspects of the paving process. Experience is not a must. A willingness to learn and adapt to any circumstance that arises from day to day is a must. Asphalt workers get paid well and are highly sought after across the country. Learn grading, prep work, hand work and running equipment. Nothing better then a good days work satisfied with the finished product that you can be proud of for many years.
