Not quite the traditional sides, but a squeeze of lime and avocado and romaine lettuce from our garden it was a perfectly satisfying dinner!

Pink Lilikoi aka Passion Fruit. Sweet and tart with a hint of lychee flavor. Plants are now producing flowers and fruits. We hope our customers that purchased these plants from us are enjoying the beautiful flowers and yummy fruits.

Amaranth microgreens. Harvested last night and available today Sunday 10-2 farmers market. Beautiful, nutritious and delicious. Tastes like beets. Add to salad, sandwiches or top a dish to add color and flavor. Always grown organically for our health and the health of the aina and wai.

Pink guavas. The aroma brings back memories of getting guavas from the “cow pasture.” 😊 Thankful that Mom and Dad taught us to plant what we can eat! Mom planted a patch of guava trees many many years ago. Found it while clearing out the weeds. It’s fruiting, wildly. 😊 Harvested, puréed and seeded. Added to smoothies. Making juice, jam, cake and freezing for future use. So ono!Guava has 4x’s more vitamin C than oranges and lots of healthy nutrients. We will have plants and fruits available soon. Come check us out at on Sundays 10-2.
