Monster deck remodel!! 810 sq ft!!!!! That’s bigger than most apartments I’ve rented! 3 days in now tear the deck apart....

Monster deck remodel!! 810 sq ft!!!!! That’s bigger than most apartments I’ve rented! 3 days in now tear the deck apart. Ridiculously over built, tile over 2x12” steel beams on 1” plywood, 1/4” hardie. All they had to do was use the right grout and this would have lasted forever. That and seal the grout every year or two.
