What a difference a new roof can make! Check out those valleys! You can really tell if someone is a good roofer by inspecting how they install the shingles in the valley areas. This is where we repair a lot of leaks on homes that were recently roofed by someone and they didn't do the valleys the correct way.

We hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas and New Year! We were so blessed in 2024 at how well our business grew! It was thanks to all of our customers, new and former customers! I love checking Facebook and someone is looking for a roofing company and there are our customers recommending US! You don't know how much it truly means to us! Supporting local businesses is big! It keeps our children in sports, providing them food and keeping a roof over their heads.

One thing we strive to do as a business, is to treat others the way we would like to be treated and go above and beyond to help the people in our community. We do not mark up any materials. You get it for exactly what we pay for it. We strive for ways to make it the most affordable to put a new roof on your home because we aren't a huge company and we feel the cost, as well, as far as what it takes to being a home owner! At the same exact time we provide expert installation! Clean up and the best customer service!

But as we go into 2025, I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful year we had in 2024 and 🙏🏽 to going into 2025 may it blossom our business even more!

This lady's roof was only about 10 years old. She should have never had a leaking roof so soon and this much rotten wood. She had architectural shingles that should have lasted her for a very long time. We went in and changed all rotten wood. We installed synthetic felt and new architectural shingles. This goes to show that proper installation is very important! Insurance approved home!

It was brought to the attention on a Facebook post, where a lady had been scammed by someone claiming to be an owner of a Roofing business. She was scammed out of $10K!

I'd like to thank our customers who commented and recommended our business to this lady!

When I heard of this story, I knew that I wanted to help her in some sort of way. She reached out explaining that a guy had put some tarps up and she signed a contract with him that he was going to complete her roof replacement but failed to do so within the 6 months. He had placed tarps but her home was still leaking. That same day at no charge we went out and covered additional areas where the roof was leaking as more rain was on the way We provided a huge discount doing the roof on the home for $4000 less than this guy had quoted. Normally we do half up front and half when we finish. I knew that she was probably traumatized by this event so I told her she didn't have to give me any money at all upfront. I placed the material order in my name so she could get our contractor discount and she paid directly to the store for the shingles. I wanted to gain her trust and prove there are still good people out there. We went into this business to help our community by not only performing excellent work on the roof but also to help financially and provide top notch customer service. We do not have our business advertised everywhere or have big offices. We work together as a family and this way we are able to pass on the savings. Word of mouth such as referencing our business to this lady is what keeps our business going. So thanks again everyone!

We even added on the other garage at a reasonable rate.

For some reason not all reviews show up. I believe it's due to personal settings. I wanted to take some time to show some that hasn't showed up on the business page. They all mean the world to me. Our business grows mainly on word of mouth as we do not advertise that much in order to keep pricing down. Thank you to all of our customers who recommend us. Before and After pictures. We were able to do a home inspection prior to this home being purchased and determined it would indeed need a new roof. This home had multiple leaks throughout the home. Alot had to do with improper installation. We were able to sign a contract with the customers and the sellers of the home to have payment due at the day of closing.

Today we went out to see several leaks. This storm sure did do a number on people's homes and even the fire dept.

We were able to repair some leaks while some will wait for their insurance to come take a look. We were able to cover leaks and we will work with their adjuster on getting their roof hopefully covered with no out of pocket cost.
