I pick new projects (and personal houses) for a number of reasons. Although it always comes down to the numbers being right for the potential of a home- I often feel like the homes have sent me signs or spoken to my heart in some way.

My second personal residence I noticed a box of christmas card notes where the previous owner tracked who sent them to her and who she sent them to, along with a Christmas letter. As I stood in what would become my second child's nursery many years later- I got that feeling... this house and I were meant to be.

My project houses have all done this for me in one way or another too. Some I have taken a little longer to fall in love with and others have my heart from the first visit.

Offer accepted last night on a gorgeous all stone 3 story on a large corner lot! 🤞The little bit of inspections go well.

Now many of you know, those features alone would have me squirming in my seat, however, this ceiling fan did it for me.

I've really been enjoying my time on the back of my hot boyfriend's Harley 🏍️ lately and this ceiling fan has all the sexy black and chrome 😎.
