It's the new year and I'm trying to straighten out the bookface mess that happened a few months ago when the bad guys got ahold of my original page and wiped it off the platform. I cannot type the word acked or the jerks will swarm this post to tell me about their game. gross!

On a positive note, I got my co name back on here. Branchandbloomkc it is the name of my little company and matches the years of marketing materials I've made and done. so this will become the back up in case something happens.

We will make and decorate a fun hanging propagation Station from a variety of cute decor then choose a potted and growing tropical plant (included) and we will learn how to make babies! Happy 2023! I’m Jennifer and I’m the owner of Branch and Bloom in Kansas City. These pics are the profile pics to my 2 insta accounts. On my todo list in January was to clean up my social media after hackers took down my Facebook and insta. I will have to start my Facebook biz page over and decide what to do with these 2 instas. Insta actually makes it very easy to switch between the 2 and see notifications and messages but I feel like my insta effort is split now and not giving either account what it needs. Here is the dilemma and I would love any input! is new from September 22 after being hacked. But my feed is very cleaned up compared to the other and I feel like there is a lot of engagement and growth. I was able to get the name that matches my marketing material over to this account. I thought we would all just stay here. However, I suddenly got some nice creator tools on the old account and it has over 2x the following. So now what? Good things about having both: I get to give people 2 hearts!! Bad thing is people aren’t sure where to message me, my time is split between them and I try not to duplicate but I worry that if you follow both I’m repetitive. I don’t look forward to the stress of trying to switch my name back to the old one but does it matter since it is close? Take always and advice from this experience. Make a back up insta for your biz from the beginning. Use 2 factor authentication and put Google authentication app on your phone. I’m fairly computer savvy and they still got me! What I’ve done so far: watched my numbers and responses to posts and reels on both and taken some time to decide. I still don’t have an answer.

Ok this season was fine, now I’m ready for boat season! Kidding, there is a lot to do before then, including a few more winter pots for customers that were out of town but want greenery until spring. I also am doing some tulips later this week. There is also holiday decor take downs with the team. That will actually help my restless January mood to see some of my favorite ladies. It doesn’t really seem like work with that team together. And there are some February classes in the works. Oh and taxes…. Yeah can we skip that part for boat season?!

Todays creations. Please know that if I don’t answer right away I’m super busy and super scatterbrained. Freezing temps and windy days has made for Frozen pots and frozen fingers. I’ve never dealt with frozen soil in the years I’ve been doing this and my well laid plans are now frost bitten. But I’m on my way! And making good progress.
