A great experiment this summer- trail of tears beans. Like so much of our food, there is a story behind it.
These beans love to vine up a trellis. They are delicious!
I will be growing them again next year.

I’m eager to plant beets! I have a new variety I want to try. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 But the soil isn’t warm enough for a good germination… so I’m waiting a little bit longer until the soil is at least 50 degrees.
