Another one from last summer!!
A bunch of wood rot, replaced with pvc trim
Shermax caulk & Emerald Rain Refresh from Sherwin-Williams.
Lifetime warranty products with self cleaning technology!!
What a time to be alive, huh!!

That bad hailstorm that caused all that damage last winter,
I touched up this guy neighbors house,
Turns out she has a bunch of lil rentals,
Got hired to paint a few. . .
One (previously posted) had a tragic metal awning across the front.
I convinced her to let us take it off & replace with the trim.
Offered to do it for free, cuz I knew how much she'd end up loving it. . .
She did. . . . .& it lead to us getting hired for 2 of her neighbors!!
How's that for good business!?

Somewhat recent cabinet job!
And ceiling "repair" (for lack of a better word) Lol
We actually did the trim & walls & backdoor, too, but the cabinets kinda stole the spotlight!
