Say hello to Chris Walden. Chris is our Installation Manager and has been with the ACT family for years. He ensures all installations are completed to the highest expectations that we hold ourselves accountable to. This comes with tremendous knowledge of codes, efficiency standards, and equipment expertise to ensure all installations meet the customer’s expectations and requirements for their home. After an installation, Chris will perform a walk through with a detailed checklist to ensure the homeowner understands their new HVAC system and equipment. He also excels at troubleshooting and service calls. He is personable, compassionate, and has a calm disposition. When he’s not assisting our amazing customers, he loves spending time with his family. He loves nature, and a bit of a health guru running marathons and rock wall climbing. We are blessed to have him on our team!

We are forever grateful to everyone who joined us at the ACT Open House and Ribbon Cutting for our new location in Smithville, an unforgettable celebration that will inspire us for years to come. We are deeply thankful for the unwavering support of the Smithville Chamber of Commerce and its members, who have welcomed us with open arms. It is a truly uplifting feeling to be so warmly received by the community, and we already feel a deep sense of belonging. Thank you to our incredible team members and their families, who are the backbone of our organization. We are also grateful to our loyal customers, both old and new, who have entrusted us with their support. It was exhilarating to see so many new faces, and heartwarming to see familiar ones who have been with us since the beginning. Congratulations to our winners, who will be hearing from us soon. Absolute Comfort family member #3 is Ronnie Haines. Ronnie has been with us over 15 years and we know how blessed we are to have him! Not only is he one of the most humble and kind employees we have ever had, he is also incredibly brilliant. He’s our “fix it” guy. He can figure out almost any diagnostic challenge he is presented with. As a result of this incredible knowledge, he also provides training to newer staff, and also some of our customers. To hear him walk a technician through a challenging scenario is something to behold. He is our HVAC service manager and rest assured he will get resolution, even on difficult diagnostic issues.
