Here’s some pics from a job we finished up last week! We removed an old octopus boiler system and replaced it with a new HVAC system. Had a lot of fun figuring this job out, but I sure am glad it’s done!

Yesterday was a fun day! After doing everything possible to maximize the space for the new coil, the coil cabinet was still too tall. So I had to make my own! Follow along for the process!

Just finished up this job! The customers wanted something to house their stacked washer and dryer with shelves and space underneath large enough for their dog food tote. A big challenge for this project was figuring out how to make the ports accessible (power, water, exhaust) dealing with the limited space on the right side of the washer/dryer. There isn’t enough space to reach around on the right side, so I made an access panel on the right wall that can be used from the garage. Here are some photos documenting the process! I have also attached a photo of the washer/dryer shelving idea the customers had in mind.
