Returning Client. New Dream Home. A Beautiful Start in the Year of the Horse 🐎

There is nothing more meaningful than when a client returns — this time to entrust B+A Architecture with designing and building their custom dream home.

We are excited to share that our first presentation of the Year of the Horse was a great success. The new residence, overlooking the golf course, captures expansive views, natural light, and peaceful surroundings. The vision: a modern contemporary retreat with warm, inviting interiors that balance clean architectural lines — elevated yet cozy.

They are thrilled with the direction, and we are grateful for their continued trust as we move forward from concept toward construction.

How was your Christmas gift?
For us, the best Christmas gift ever was receiving great news from our client. We were so excited to receive a holiday message announcing that the permit has officially been issued for the Advanced Dallas Hospital Rehab project.
After months of design, coordination, redesign, and permit drawings, this milestone truly means a lot to our team. We’re grateful for our client’s trust and for everyone who contributed behind the scenes to make this happen.
As we step into the new year, this permit approval marks a strong and positive start for 2026. We’re excited to move the project forward into construction and begin the next chapter.

B+A Architecture office KCMO will be closed on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1 in observance of Christmas and New Year's celebrations.
The entire team gathered for lunch and a White Elephant Gift Exchange game on our last working day together this year. All staffs in Kansas City office also received a B+A gift bag prepared by B+A Architecture Houston Studio. Thanks Giang Alex Dinh for the beautiful gift sets.

We’re incredibly proud of everything Nam contributed this summer. From site planning to circulation and parking flow, Nam demonstrated thoughtful integration and spatial organization, now captured in compelling renderings.

Nam shared that what he loves most about architecture is seeing the final product come to life — and watching how every element visually evolves over time.
