In a fitting tribute to Memorial Day, the iconic bell tower atop the University of Missouri's Memorial Student Union once again peals across campus, thanks to the restoration efforts of International Architects Atelier in close collaboration with the university team, , and Verdin Bells & Clocks. This historic structure, originally built to honor the 116 University of Missouri students who made the ultimate sacrifice in World War I, has undergone a meticulous revitalization led by IAA, a longtime collaborator with the University.

The Memorial Student Union, a cherished campus landmark, was first dedicated in 1926 and expanded with its north portion in 1950, following World War II. The bell tower, a poignant symbol of remembrance and resilience, now stands as a testament to the University's enduring commitment to honoring its fallen heroes.

The resounding chimes of the bell tower serve as a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made by those who fought for our freedom and the importance of preserving their legacy for generations to come.

We're thrilled to have been a part of the restoration and renovation of the museum's historic grounds, which serve as the perfect backdrop for this unforgettable event each year.

We're thrilled to announce that the Kansas City International Airport Parking Garage has been selected as one of the top twenty-six projects for the prestigious 2024 Capstone Real-Estate Awards by the Kansas City Business Journal!

We were honored to be a part of JE Dunn and BNIM’s team. Together, we've created something truly remarkable.

The KCI parking garage isn't just any ordinary structure – it's a symbol of innovation and sustainability. With cutting-edge electric bus charging stations and solar panel integration along the South facade, we're leading the way toward a greener future.

But that's not all! The design also incorporated stunning site-specific art installations that celebrate the vibrant spirit of Kansas City, welcoming residents and visitors with open arms.

Thank you to everyone involved for making this project a reality! We're proud of our team to be recognized for our commitment to excellence. Here's to many more milestones ahead!

After years of being closed to the public, this magnificent landmark is getting a fresh lease on life thanks to a combination of funding from the Kansas Legislature and private donors. Our team is proud to be part of this monumental transformation, which will see the Bison Arena evolve into an awe-inspiring Agriculture Innovation Center! 🌾🐄
