We recently inspected a home with "floor joists sagging" and this is what we found 👇

This is a sump pump line that some / company in tried to gravity feed to the exterior of the structure..

Needless to say, this is 1000% incorrect.

A couple of phrases come to mind:

1. The cheapest price is often followed by the poorest results.
2. You get what you pay for.
3. Cheap now, expensive later.
