Kitchen faucet replacement. There's lots of unseen work I do to insure a trouble free install.

Replace shutoff valves is almost always required. Repair cabinet if water damaged. Inspect and repair drain. Clean up anything that needs it. Message me with your requirements. I'm glad to be of service. Namaste'

A local teenage driver demolished the original mailbox. My friend Erika asked me to build something that would disable a vehicle if someone hit it. I'm no Mason but I think this is pretty good work. It got posted to quora by her husband and has over half a million views. Wow.

Do you have a special project you'd like to have done. I do all aspects of residential and light commercial construction. Electrical, plumbing, drywall, framing, doors, windows, kitchens, baths, and room additions.

I haven't posted in awhile but I've been busy. This is a porch project I did in the Volker neighborhood this fall.House is over 100 years old. Owner decided to use composite decking. There was quite a bit of structural rot and the cement stairs had settled pretty significantly. I wrapped the stairs to match.

Thought I'd share an interesting project. A stay at home mom approached me a year ago and requested that I remodel her basement rec room. What made it so rewarding was her second request that I teach her all the bits that would go into the project: Drywall, paint, trim work, flooring, and plumbing/electrical, lighting, etc.

You can see how well the project turned out but the real reward was watching Erika grapple with the work and master it. Her husband watched almost dumbfounded at times at the progress and the quality. Amazing in the extreme. It was a truly collaborative exercise, although she had veto power, we worked together on the design/build and she chose all the finishes, flooring, and trim. She also rode me like a dog, keeping all the balls in the air. I hope you enjoy our work.

Installed an Armstrong plank ceiling to cover the old popcorn in a clients condo. Planks are 6" × 48" with wood grain.

The look is really nice but the planks themselves are incredibly fragile. The packaging is not robust enough. Half of the planks had some damage right out of the carton
