It really is an honor to be collaborating with Aliʻi Fish Market for the Frolic Poke Fest today. Chef Rob created a delicious poke using the uCook Lemongrass Sauce as one of the ingredients. He fortified the flavor by adding more fresh, local ingredients. Our values are similar and we love supporting local, so this is a satisfying collaboration.

Please check out the Poke Fest at Ka Makana Aliʻi TODAY from 4-8pm and cast your vote for ALIʻI FISH MARKET! If you are unable to attend, you may still be able to get in on the action by voting online. We know you’re unable to taste the poke, but you can trust us when we tell you their poke is delicious and they are presenting a new flavor that will become a favorite. Join us for May Day until 1pm. We have samples of Kaʻū Orange BBQ Kalua Pork Quesadillas, Lemongrass Smoked Pork with Onions, Lemongrass Pipikaula with Onions, Garlic Fried Rice, Lemongrass Sweet-ish Pickle Chips, and Lemongrass Boiled Peanuts. Aloha!

Days 1 and 2 of the SFA Winter Fancy Faire are in the books and this is the first step to sharing uCook outside of Hawaiʻi. Making connections, building new relationships, and stepping out of our comfort zone to grow the business. Day 3 tomorrow! Wishing the business crews and support team another successful day. We are blessed!
