Brrrrr it's a chilly day! That doesn't mean your pool should be neglected. Christmas time is a great time for that star floor you've always wanted because in Texas, swimming season is right around the corner.

Gettin’ down to business; breaking out the core drill. This was before my plaster crew came in and really blew us out of the water with yet another spectacular job “getting plastered” as their work shirts wittingly advertised 😂

I don’t post on here often and I don’t take pictures of every job. When I am in the field, I am working non stop. I rarely have my phone in my hand while on a Jobsite, especially when I am doing leak detection. I did get a couple pictures from yesterday. The pool was loosing over an inch a day. I found and repaired the leak and poured concrete so now all the homeowner has to do is paint his spray deck. He wanted to pressure wash and paint the deck himself.

One of the trickiest pools I have ever worked on. Form boards never removed after Gunnite, plumbing incomplete on one return and cracks in Gunnite.

This leak was “hidden in plain sight”. This pool was loosing a inch a week and the water was puddling 15’ from where the actual leak was causing the homeowner to think the leak was originating on the tanning ledge. Very satisfying find!

I found this leak under the deck off by 1 inch.

This pool was loosing a lot of water and due to the size of the pool, we had to spend a whole day out here. Aside from the obvious, the water feature suctions wound up being the culprits.
