Fischer Designs have assisted me with finishing out my last two projects. With out their assistance I would have been faced with additional work, additional costs, and additional time to permit and complete construction of a gym with a volleyball court. The kids that hoped to play volleyball this fall needed a new gym to play in. The change in gyms was warranted due to unfavorable conditions at their current gym. The gym had to be completed in three months to be available for the fall season or they would be forced to miss-out on the fall season.
Fischer Designs assisted me in every way they could by:
1. Coordinating with the engineer to expedite the project drawings required for permitting.
2. Any revisions were handled almost immediately to avoid unnecessary delays.
3. Immediately clarified with the permitting agency that some of the changes the permitting agency was asking for were in fact not warranted. This saved critical time and money. Without their handling this issue immediately, the gym would not be ready for the kids to play in the fall season.
4. Fischer Designs was always available when needed and expediated whatever was needed to help ensure the gym would be ready for the kids as soon as possible.
5. Fischer Designs went well beyond what I expected in every way.
From working with Fischer Designs, it was clear that they too took owner ship of getting the gym ready for the kids.
I have worked with many companies and contractors, and it is a rarity to find one that is truly committed to providing all the assistance they can to get the job done.
In this case I know that the coaches, the parents, and most importantly the kids, are grateful for all that Fischer Designs did to complete this project just in time for the fall season.
